Our Company History

Inversiones Sibaja is the construction company owned and started by Pedro A. Sibaja in 1992. Based in the province of Cartago, Costa Rica; our company has built over one hundred residences in this central valley region, mainly constructing midsized homes aimed for middle class professionals.

With 15 years of experience in the building business Inversiones Sibaja has now ventured in the luxury homes sector, focused for retirees and investors that are looking for quality construction with the American detail and comfort they're familiarized to as well as the local craftsmanship they are looking for.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our homes, our attention to detail and upmost our client satisfaction. We count with a complete team of services as in architect and floor plans, surveyor, wood and ironwork shop. All which wil be at your disposal during the planning and building process.
