Below is a detailed description of the services we offer when you build with us.

Architectural Office

We provide an architectural office which works with us in the design of your house, and provides technical support trough out the building process. We provide you the blue prints and deal with all the paperwork such as construction permits, local town council permits.

Land Development/Surveyor

Most of the time the land on which we build needs no development. When the client buys the land, we offer soil and ground studies to determine the best portion of land to build on. If the lot needs further cleaning or leveling we offer backhoe service for the job. We also offer surveyor services for plot line definition and initial plan work.

Pool Design

We custom design our own pools. We work with you to design the water oasis you are dreaming of. We do custom swimming pools, rock waterfalls, infinities, counter current jets and jacuzzis. We do not subcontract this work.

Wood and Iron Work Shop

We have our own wood shop; we produce all our project doors, windows, closets, kitchen cabinets and pantries. We use local woods such as: Ash, Guanacaste, Cedar and Laurel. Our people work to insure quality in both design and construction, making sure to include the local craftsmanship you are looking for.

We use a local Ironwork shop that works jointly with our company creating original and custom made fences, gates, guard railing. Using traditional hand forging techniques to create the decorative accents your home needs.
